During the month of April, Altana Federal Credit Union is celebrating youth! Any deposit to a new or existing Altana youth account during the month of April is automatically entered to win one of two movie baskets. This year’s theme is “Savings Sleuth: Solve the Mystery”. At Altana, we can give your child the clues they need to investigate ways to save.
Altana’s youth accounts are specifically tailored to each child based on their age. Our younger members can enjoy savings incentive rewards and earn “Cubby bucks” to be traded in for a variety of fun prizes! Plus, it only takes $5 to open a “Cubby Club” account and automatic transfers can be made from any Altana account or by direct payroll deposit.
Our fyi club was created to help teens manage their money. Whether it’s depositing birthday money, paychecks from a first job, or saving for a car or college, we have the tools available to help teens along their financial journey. With perks such as free online banking with text alerts and a free ATM or Check card, teens are able to gain the financial freedom and independence they need.
In addition, each account receives newsletters packed full of games, contests, and age-appropriate articles that appeal to today’s youth.
