Your login is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We ensure that your login information is secure from our home page.
What is SSL?
SSL or Secured Sockets Layer is a protocol that transmits your communications over the Internet in an encrypted form. SSL ensures that the information is sent, unchanged, only to the server you intended to send it to. Online shopping sites frequently use SSL technology to safeguard your credit card information.
Why doesn’t the URL indicate “HTTPS”? Why don’t I have a lock icon in my browser signifying it’s secure?
Even though the login pages do not indicate HTTPS, the form is posting its data through a secure connection.
We require the use of a 128-bit secure, JavaScript enabled browser to login to your account and perform transactions. Netscape Navigator®, Netscape Communicator®, and Microsoft® Internet Explorer are all secure browsers. To find out if your browsers are using 128-bit encryption, in your browsers menu bar go to “Help > About Internet Explorer/Netscape” and check that it is using 128-bit encryption.
