Youth Savings Account FAQs
How do I open a youth savings account?
You can open a youth account online or visit one of our Altana locations, with a $25 deposit ($5 if you are ages 0-11) required to establish membership.
Can a minor open a savings account without an adult?
An adult joint owner is required to open an account for a minor.
Does a youth savings account earn dividends?
Accounts with a minimum balance of $25 earn dividends.
