How do I start a conversation in the app?
Log into the Altana’s digital banking from a desktop or the app. Conversations are everywhere.
- Find them from the dashboard Hamburger Menu in the top left corner of your screen, and choose Messages or Support.
- From within your Accounts – transactions.
- From the Messages tile.
Simply type a new message or add to an existing message to talk securely to your friendly Altana staff!
How do I access Digital Banking?
Sign up and log in to digital banking right from our website. If you don’t have an Altana Online ID yet, use your account number.
Can I use Digital Banking for my business?
Yes! You can manage your Altana Business accounts, loans and credit cards directly from our digital banking.

What is Bill Pay?
Bill Pay is a service that allows you to pay virtually anyone or any company through digital banking. You determine who you want to pay, when you want to make the payment and which account the payment comes from. It’s safe, secure and easy to use.
Who can I pay with Bill Pay?
You can pay virtually any business or individual with a mailing address within the United States. For example, you can pay utilities, cable bills or credit cards, or individuals such as a landlord, babysitter or relative.
How can I set up Bill Pay?
You’ll first need to sign up for online banking. You can then set up Bill Pay within our online banking. Watch our Bill Pay videos.
How are payments delivered?
Payments may process electronically or by check. The goal is to deliver your payment securely, using the fastest method available for your payee. All other payments are made by paper checks that are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.
Is Bill Pay secure?
Paying bills online is one of the safest ways to pay bills. Bill Pay helps guard against identity theft from lost or stolen checkbooks, bills and statements. It also increases your privacy because only you can access your account information, account numbers and payment history. As a result, you maintain tighter control of your account with real-time access to your payments activity.
How long does it take before my payment is received?
Generally, your payment is received within 2 to 7 days, depending on whether or not it is sent electronically or via paper check.
How do I set up an eAlert?
Log into digital banking, click your Profile icon, click Settings, click User alerts. For Account alerts, choose one of your accounts and choose alert preferences.
