Here’s the Details
- You can set up recurring payments with the amount due for your loan that will come out of your account.
- In the portal you will verify your account the first time by doing the following:
- Set a 4-digit pin (store it in a secure place as you will need the pin to verify future payments).
- Add your preferred form of payment by selecting “Add New Debit Card” or “Add New Bank Account” and inputting your info. It will then redirect you to the portal.
- You can see all of your loans and select your preferred payment method in the payment portal.
Voila! That’s it. You’ve paid and are back on your way to enjoy your day.
ExpressPay FAQs
How do I make a payment without being charged a fee?
The $5.99 convenience fee is only if you use the ExpressPay service via text or from the payment portal. To make a fee-free payment, transfer directly from your Altana account by logging into digital banking here or with the Altana mobile app.
If I opt out of receiving text messages will I still be able to pay my loans online?
Yes, you will still have access to the payment portal through our website. However, you will not receive any text notifications regarding payment reminders and will not be able to make a payment via text message.
How can I pay my account via text message?
Once you receive a text, you respond “Pay” to the same text. You will be asked to enter your pin to verify your account, once you have completed this process your payment will be complete and you should receive a confirmation text. NOTE: You will have to setup a 4-digit pin and preferred method of payment prior to using text payments.
