Six years ago, we asked ourselves how to create a vehicle to help us deepen our connection with the members and community we serve. We didn’t think our answer would result in an actual vehicle – in our case, a 1979 V.W. bus – but here we are! 🚎
Who doesn’t love ice cream? Who hasn’t had a good chat over ice cream at least once? Suddenly the answer became clear, and thus our free, completely community-driven Altana Ice Cream Bus was born.

An Altana teammate for over four years, Irene connects our incredible team with the community on the bus and on social media. Behind the wheel or camera, Irene finds joy in spreading the good C.U. word! Social Media trends come and go, but the power of people helping people will always stay in style.
