  • Version 3.28 will deploy in October 2025.
  • The minimum supported version of our mobile app will change to 3.25.

What does this mean to you:

  • If you are using a version older than 3.25, you’ll need to update to keep using the app.
  • Updating ensures you have access to the latest enhancements, security protections, and performance improvements.
  • We strongly encourage you to turn on automatic updates, so your app always stays current.

Device Requirements:

  • Apple devices must be running iOS 17.0 or higher.
  • Android devices must be running Android 9 (API Level 28) or higher.
  • If your device does not meet these requirements, you can continue accessing your accounts through a web or mobile browser.

How do I start a conversation in the app?

Log into the Altana’s digital banking from a desktop or the app. Conversations are everywhere.

  • Find them from the dashboard Hamburger Menu in the top left corner of your screen, and choose Messages or Support.
  • From within your Accounts – transactions.
  • From the Messages tile.

Simply type a new message or add to an existing message to talk securely to your friendly Altana staff!

How do I access Digital Banking?

Sign up and log in to digital banking right from our website. If you don’t have an Altana Online ID yet, use your account number.

Can I use Digital Banking for my business?

Yes! You can manage your Altana Business accounts, loans and credit cards directly from our digital banking.
