Good news! Our heights location and our West End drive-thru now have Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)! This innovative teller experience lets you choose how to bank.
First, what’s an ITM?
Interactive Teller Machines are ATMs with personality! It allows you to connect with a teller through video chat. You get the same friendly, face-to-face service from our tellers in a simple to use format. You can also opt to use the ATM side without chatting it up with one of our tellers (although we highly recommend stopping to say hi – they’re the best!).
What can an ITM do?
Pretty much everything a teller can do. You can cash a check (any amount), deposit checks, make a loan or Visa card payment, check balances in your accounts, and transfer funds with the interactive teller machine. Tellers can use the screen to show you where to place your money, card, or check to complete the transaction – so you’ll never feel like you need to navigate this new machine on your own!

Also, if you don’t have your debit card, or if it was stolen, you can prove your identity by showing or, in some cases, scanning another form of identification so the teller can look up your account information securely. Card-less convenience isn’t all these machines are suitable for, though; the friendly personal interaction provided by a teller has countless benefits. For those who appreciate an interpersonal touch in the digital age, this is an ideal solution; no need to choose between human interaction and digital convenience, the ITM is the perfect middle ground. Whether it’s requesting specific increments of money or ordering checks, the ITM has you covered.
ITMs also employ the latest banking technology, making them faster and more efficient than ATMs. They can process multiple checks and stacks of bills — at the same time — with far fewer issues than ATMs.
