Secure Messaging
Everything sent through online and mobile banking is secure! You don’t need to worry about security when sending AND receiving sensitive info.
Learn how to send a message, using the conversations feature.
Getting Started
- Log into the Altana’s online (or mobile) banking from a desktop or the app. Conversations are EVERYWHERE.
- Find them from the dashboard Hamburger Menu in the top left corner of your screen, and choose Messages or Support.
- From within your Accounts – transactions.
- From the Messages tile.
- Simply type a new message or add to an existing message to talk securely to your friendly Altana staff!
Good to Know
If you decide to delete a message simply select the message and click the trash can icon.
If it’s after hours we’ll answer as soon as we’re back online.
