Track Your Expenses
View all of your accounts in one place, to get a clear overview of your finances.
- Log into Altana’s online (or mobile) banking.
- Choose Money Manager. You can find it:

- Within your Accounts on a desktop.
- From the dashboard Hamburger Menu in the top left corner of the app.
Utilize the personalized features each category offers to gain a closer look at your money.
Manage Your Fun(ds)
SPENDING BY CATEGORY – Transactions are auto-magically tagged with a catergory (i.e. groceries, entertainment), and displayed in a spending wheel to show overall spend per category. Get an idea if your spending is where it should be or needs adjusting!
BUDGET PROGRESS – Add a budget to choose which tags you want to track, name it and set the monthly limit. Then create a text or email alert for that budget.
CASHFLOW – Set up your income or future bills, and they are added into a calendar so you can visualize your funds coming in and going out, and on what days. It’s pretty slick!
NET WORTH – Add your assets and liabilities by linking all of your accounts, even if they’re outside of Altana. Details are kept updated so you can easily monitor changes over time.

Reach Your Goals
GOALS PROGRESS – Set up your own personal goals. Maybe you want to pay off a credit card, save for a vacation, or save for a house. Choose your goal category, the account you want it linked to, set a deadline and the monthly payment amount. Create an alert for your goal and you’re on your way to making your dreams a reality!
You can also view a list of all your accounts and transactions, so you never have to wonder what your finances are up to again!
